In order not to be called out…again.
In order to pretend all was fine even if it wasn’t.
To an extent that for many of us, it’s become somewhat of a second skin, so familiar we don’t even notice it’s not who we are.
But even the most mesmerizing Venetian mask cannot replace the beauty of who we truly are and often there is a lot of pain beneath the impeccable shininess of that mask.
So where do we begin when it comes to releasing those masks and allowing our souls to finally breathe?

This won’t be passive listening. Expect thoughtful prompts, honest moments, and yes… a little shenanigans along the way. We’ll gently explore where masking shows up in your life - in relationships, work, and even within yourself - with space to laugh, notice, and reflect in real time.

Awareness is powerful - but we’ll also talk about what to do next. You’ll leave with simple, grounded steps you can practice immediately to soften people-pleasing patterns and respond more authentically in everyday situations.

This work isn’t just mental -it’s nervous system work. We’ll create space for your body to feel safety, steadiness, and self-trust as you experiment with lowering the mask. Because unmasking isn’t about force. It’s about feeling safe enough to be real.
